How does the rental process work?

Once you subscribe, you can select and order the amount of clothing that your subscription allows.

Returns are a breeze. Ensure you've packed all your items in your return bag and simply hand it to your postal worker. Or, schedule a pickup from the QR code on the return label. You can also drop it at any post office.

What sizes are available?

Standard sizing like Small, Medium, and Large for most pieces. Suiting sizes are available too.

Can I swap items if they don't fit?

Yes, you can swap items that don't fit. There's a $12 fee to swap pieces (you're simply covering the shipping costs).

  1. How long is the rental period?
    • There is no formal rental period. You can rent items as long as you have a subscription. 
    • How do I place an order?
      • Our subscriptions are listed on our homepage. Check out with one of them, then browse our selection and add them to your cart. If what you're looking for isn't available, click "get notified" to leave your email and get a notification when the piece is available. Otherwise, contact us and we can assist further. 
    • Is there a membership fee or any hidden charges?
      • There are no membership fees or hidden charges. You pay monthly for the subscription and taxes. That's it! 
    • What happens if the rented clothing gets damaged?
      • If the rented clothing gets damaged, depending on the damage, there will be a fee. 
    • Are alterations or adjustments included in the rental service?
      • No, at this time we can not accommodate alterations or adjustments to the clothing. 
    • Can I rent more than my allowed items?
      • Members can rent up to 2 extra pieces at $20 per item. 
    • What is your cancellation and refund policy?
      • Customers can cancel anytime, but unfortunately our system does not  allow refunds.  
    • Do you offer shipping and return services?
      • Yes! Our 2-day shipping and return services are free with your subscription.
    • Do you offer styling advice or suggestions?
      • We can and have teamed up with various stylists across the United States that would be happy to help with styling suggestions. 
    • Can I purchase an item after renting it?
      • Yes you can! We prefer that you reach out to us if you keep an item from your rental we assume you're buying it and will charge you for that item.
    • What happens if I lose or fail to return a rented item?
      • If the clothing item is lost or destroyed, you will be charged for the product.
