TODD SNYDER OLIVE HERRINGBONE TAILORED CHORE

Our traditional chore coat gets an update in a sartorial Italian fabric; think of this as “tailored workwear.” The basic silhouette — clean lines and three patch pockets — remains the same, but we’ve updated this utilitarian classic with a butterfly lining, slimmer fit and a slight lapel roll at the collar, all elements more typically found in a sport coat or blazer. And about that fabric: woven from a blend of wool and cotton, the earthy herringbone pattern is overlaid with a windowpane for a unique look. There’s a matching pair of Officer Trousers, but we like it best all on its own with denim or a pair of chinos, layered over a mockneck or crew.
